John was a real estate attorney and title examiner for several years when he decided that the sales aspect of real estate was too interesting to not be involved in, as it allows him the opportunity to meet many people.  After working on the legal side of the real estate industry for several years, he started his own brokerage his expertise in sales, and his knowledge and training in the legal aspects of home ownership, and purchasing makes him a valuable ally when you are buying your home.  A licensed broker and attorney, he will be able to answer your real estate and  legal questions, where many other real estate brokers and agents just cannot.

Mellyssa P. Dewsnap

Mellyssa was a licensed Real Estate Agent for several years and practiced with a large real estate firm to gain experience in the field. Familiar with the industry for many years before as a title examiner, she understands the importance of accuracy and the thoroughness of each transaction as she manages the business side of the company part time. Not one to miss the action though or let her field experience fall to the wayside, you'll probably meet her at a showing or an open house assisting the Broker. Her latest forte is Social Media and Internet Marketing, as JC Realty Services keeps up with the technology.
